One of the last refuges of those who desire to foment hate is that of anti-white racism (Anti-male probably being the only other one). We have successfully eliminated virtually or at least pushed underground every other type of hatred of people solely due to their race, religion, habits, etc., but whites are targeted not only by individuals but by the Left as a whole
The school counselor from the linked article admittedly and rightfully has been put on track for administrative action, but the neither the level of punishment nor the public outcry that results from her vicious comment will approach that which follows a comment of a similar nature that was directed against any another group.
Whites are told by many, including Chris Matthews and the Politburo of American academia that they are the only group that is capable of racism. Academia has also gone to great lengths to train American students to believe that there is no such thing as race, but whites are held out as an exception to their own rule.
There is no such thing as race, except for whites, which is a group that must be slotted for marginalization and their ultimate enslavement at the collective hands of all other peoples.
Whites are a necessary group for targeting as they comprise the group that is responsible for the crime of Western Civilization - its very existence was lamented by early Marxists such as Georg Lukaks. When he asked his Henry II-esque* rhetorical question "Who will save us from Western Civilization ", he meant that this particular culture/society stood squarely in the way of the advance of worldwide Marxism. Their concepts of rule of law, religion, patriotism, historical legacies, individualism, were too entrenched in the hearts and minds of the people to allow for the march of Communism. As the people did not know what was good for them, they had to be shorn of these attachments. What we got was "Cultural Marxism" - the plan of the Western Marxists to undermine the attitudes of Western peoples about themselves and their societies.

Whiteness studies, Critical Theory, and other agendas have been put into place to make whites feel guilty about anything and everything about their history. I don't allow attacks such as these to go unchallenged. Whites are by no means alone in regards to things that were either clearly wrong or less than right. Societies created by whites also happen to be some of the most free, tolerant, prosperous, and safe (without tyrannical control) places on earth. They also tend to be the most fertile places for artistic, scientific, literary, recreational, and political pursuits.
